WebPresented Strengthens Cyber Security with Move to Closed Door AI System

Columbus, OH, September 1, 2024: WebPresented, a leading CRM for distributors, is thrilled to announce a major shift in their AI Data Security strategy by migrating its technology to a series of closed-door Large Language Models (LLMs). The transition is a significant step in combatting cyber-security threats and keeping customer data safe. Starting in Q4 of 2024, WebPresented plans to implement a series of walled 405 billion parameter LLMs. This will ensure that its customers’ data is never shared with third parties, while improving performance over its current shared LLM approach. 

Explaining the decision, President and CEO, James Gerdes said, “The data security of our customers is of the upmost importance to us. And while we haven’t had any issues thus far, we made the decision to further strengthen our cyber security by partnering with a world-class closed-door system. The future of CRM lies within the smart use of AI, and this strategy allows our customers to dive into AI safe in the knowledge that their data is protected.”   

As WebPresented’s evolves their features, they continue to invest in the development of AI-backed tools which help customers do their work more efficiently every day. The migration is scheduled to be completed in early 2025, with no action or disruption to customers.
